Production Introduction
The plain and terry socks machine is capable of creating 6 colors in a single row and a total of 13 colors for one sock. The capacity of the plain socks machine is 130 to 140 pairs in 10 hours. The daily output of the machine is 15 sets. The maximum speed is approximately 330 rpm/min.
1. It can knit socks with high heel, big heel, small heel, and a 180-degree angle against the sock mouth. The sock heels and toes can have two colors, and it can produce 3D socks.
2. By adopting double shovel-needle technology, the computer adjusts the angle when knitting the heel and toe. This improves efficiency and overcomes the limitation of side shovel needles.
3. Special types of machines can be customized according to customer requirements.
4. This equipment uses a new frame, an electronic yarn sensor, and a storage feeder.
5. The controller can be Mingde, which is compatible with the glory system. Glory and Hengqiang (Jiagu Software) are available as options.

7. The selector comes as Mingde brand by default. If the buyer requests, the Fushun brand can be provided as an alternative.
